Metal Casting
For keychains, lapel pins, luggage tags & other metal promotional products, this would be the decoration of choice.
Once a desired artwork design is completed, a computer program creates the software for the digitized logo to make a rubber mold. This multiple cavity mould is then put into a jig and an extremely hot melted metallic liquid is poured in to the mould to create the product.
When the liquid cools, the rough unfinished piece is taken out of the mould to be sanded, plated and then polished.
When this is all done the colors of paint are applied by hand craftsmen one unit at a time.
